What is the shelf life of the mooncakes?

When the mooncakes are kept frozen, it can be kept for 3 months. Please consume the durian mooncake once it is thawed and do not re-freeze the mooncakes.
How do I store and serve the MSW mooncakes?

Storage - Kept Frozen

Our snowskin MSW mooncakes are chilled, never baked. The box travels frozen and goes straight into your freezer.

Before Serving - 25 Minutes

Rest them at room temperature for 25 minutes before serving. That is the whole of the recipe for serving them well!
Can I do self-collection?

We have 4 pickup locations for you to collect your mooncake orders. Our team will contact you to arrange the pickup timing with you.

We do not sit in an office waiting for random crates to arrive at our doorstep. To guarantee you are never shortchanged, we personally travel directly into the Malaysian orchards. Our team conducts frequent, unannounced spot checks right at the farm gate.

As the pure puree is being prepared, we inspect the texture, density, and bittersweet aroma of the flesh. If a harvest does not meet our strict standards, it is completely rejected. We manage the dirt and the distance, so you only have to manage the compliments.
